A child cries out in the night,

The child is hungry,

The child is dirty,

The child is all alone.

A child cries out in the night,

The child is hungry,

The child is dirty,

The child is still all alone,

No one answers the child's cries.

A child cries out in the night,

The child is hungry,

The child is dirty,

The child is still all alone,

The child pleads for someone to answer.

A child cries out in the night,

The child is hungry,

The child is dirty,

The child is still all alone,

The child cries for help, help from anyone.

A child cries out in the night,

The child is hungry,

The child is dirty,

The child is still all alone,

Finally someone hears,

The Angel of Hope has heard the cry.

A child cries out with joy in the night,

The child is fed,

The child is clean,

The child is warm,

The child isn't alone,

The Angel of Hope is there!

The child is fine,

But who is The Angel of Hope?
